Our feet do so much for us! And yet, they tend to be neglected. Each foot has 26 bones & 33 joints. The majority of us also spend most of our day wearing shoes & socks, which create more constriction between the bones in the foot.
In this video, I show how to help open up your feet using either a tennis ball or a practice golf ball. I highly recommend spending at least 2-minutes each day opening up your feet. Particularly, do this practice before a run, hike, whatever your activity is so you can move from a place of greater balance & support.
