My Book Review ~ The Desire Map

A couple of weeks ago, I was asked to share a book review for The Mind Body Spirit Network. The book I shared was The Desire Map by Danielle LaPorte. This book is HUGE in creating a life that FEELS GOOD. Often, when creating goals, the focus tends to be on external circumstances: a certain level of income, a number on the scale, the days off for vacation, etc. Why do we think we want these things? It is because they will make us FEEL a certain way. Get clear on how you want to feel. Make creating how you can feel that way primary throughout your day. This is the main framework & foundation of this book. It is one I go back to time & time again. I highly recommend!
