Most of us in today’s world spend a lot of time on our phones & computers. We are using our wrists for small movements throughout a large part of our day. They can tend to be neglected, but all of us could greatly benefit from gaining more mobility through our wrists. In the video, I share 3 simple movements to help increase overall fluidity in the joint. As you are doing the movements, be sure to stay out of any painful range. When you find an area that feels a bit stuck or disconnected, spend a bit longer & move a bit slower there.
