Welcome to the final episode of my Teeth Brushing Series. If you haven’t already, go back over the last 3 weeks to watch the first 3 episodes (each 3 minute or less videos).
You will need a tennis ball for this practice. Keep the tennis ball near where you store your tooth brush as a reminder to use it. While you brush your teeth, stand on the tennis ball. Play with rolling the tennis ball under your feet contacting the entire surface of your foot. Find a spot that feels tight or tender on your foot & lean your body weight into that area, allowing your foot to open up around the ball.
If you’d like further directions for how to use a tennis ball to roll out your feet, check out my Open Up Your Feet blog where I share more in depth: https://wishallwellness.com/open-up-your-feet/
