The Teeth Brushing Series: Episode 1
I am not a fan of creating extra ‘to-dos’ in my life or in my clients’ lives. There are so many ways to incorporate stretches, awareness cues, etc into our daily lives & weave them into activities we are already doing.
We all brush our teeth everyday (at least I hope you do). Brushing your teeth provides an incredible opportunity to connect with your body & do a few different things to help restore greater balance & ease through your body.
In the following series, The Teeth Brushing Series, I will be sharing short suggestions of things to do while you are brushing your teeth.
In Episode 1, I suggest brushing your teeth with your non-dominant hand. This will help challenge your brain & coordination. You don’t have to brush your teeth the entire time with your non-dominant hand, but slowly work up to longer increments as your hand gains greater dexterity & strength.
