
I am a firm believer in having a morning practice. Right now as we are all navigating through the uncertainty in the COVID-19 situation, I believe having a morning practice is more essential than ever. Establish a practice that you do each morning that feels desirable to you & allows you to connect with yourself, your body, & how you are feeling. Do this before you get on your phone, check the news, email, weather, social media, etc. Before checking in with the external world, check-in with yourself.
