Crawling is such an important foundational movement.

Incorporating crawling into your life on a consistent basis will help to:
– improve your mental cognition, memory, & focus
– strengthen your core stabilizing muscles as well as giving you a little cardiovascular workout
– ground you & bring you back into your body on all-levels: physically, emotionally, & energetically.

A couple ways to incorporate crawling into your life could be to add it to your warm-up routine or to do it as a movement break from work, particularly in the late afternoon when many of us hit an energy slump.
