This episode was such a breeze & joy for me to get to do. I interviewed a dear teacher & friend of mine, Liz Janowski, Artist and Teacher.
In the episode, Liz shares her process that anyone can begin using to support them in being able to come more into their body. She emphasizes the importance of keeping it simple as you embark on your embodiment journey and to be clear for yourself that there is no timeline or end set goal. Liz invites in the opportunity of how movement and connecting with one’s body can help bring you back into more of a childlike state, connect into your potentiality body, and be in constant expansion of your self perception.
Liz Janowski teaches movement and makes art in Boulder, Colorado. She is a wife and mother. In addition to teaching and taking photographs, she built and manages a successful surgery practice, alongside her husband. She has two masters degrees in communications and art from NYU and the University of Colorado, Boulder.
