This is a great practice to do if you often feel bloated, low back pain, or if you simply want to increase your breath capacity.
You will need an inexpensive blow-up ball that you can find at most grocery stores for $2-3.
Start, laying on your stomach with the ball directly on top of your belly button.
Stay in 1 spot for at least 3 minutes to give the tissues an opportunity to melt & release.
Breath through your nose. Breath in to a count of 4 as your belly expands. Breath out to a count of 6 as your belly contracts.
Near the end of each 3 minutes, have 2 breaths that are a bit more forceful with the nasal exhale where you really focus on pulling your belly button up through the spine & exhaling out all of the air you can.
