‘An effective human being is a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts.’
~ Ida Rolf
Rolfing Structural Integration works to allow the body to let go of restrictions, non-useful patterns and correct imbalances, that are deep in the fascial tissue and central nervous system (CNS) of our bodies and are responsible for causing pain, discomfort and dysfunction in our bodies.
I work with people who are experiencing physical pain & discomfort, whether that be chronic pain or they are not moving as easily as they desire in movement or their activity of choice. I teach my clients what is happening within their own structure, so that they understand their own habitual postural patterns, & they learn the tools they can do on their own to help release excess tension & pain, so that they feel more grounded, strong, & capable in their body.
In-Person Rolfing Appointments
If you are experiencing physical pain or with issues such as limited range-of-motion, low back pain, shoulder pain, sciatica, scoliosis, poor posture, migraines, and more Rolfing can be of support to you.
Rolfing is a form of holistic bodywork that, through a process of several sessions, allows the body to come back to its natural alignment. Rolfing enables the body to regain its natural, organized, form-restoring freedom of movement, revitalizing energy, and leaving you feeling more comfortable, relaxed and pain free!
I work with a wide-range of clients in my private practice, males and females ages ranging from 9 to 95 years old. I work with Crossfitters, yogis, dancers, musicians, casually active folks, & many others in a variety of categories. I feel fortunate to be able to work with such a wide diversity of clients.

Virtual Structural Integration
If you are experiencing:
- back, neck, or shoulder pain
- discomfort when you sit or stand for long periods of time
- wrist issues
- limitations from your favorite activities
then I invite you to try out a virtual session.
I offer virtual Structural Integration sessions for those not local to Boulder & for those local folks who’d like to work with me from the comfort of their own home & learn what they can do on their own to help support their body.
You will learn tools that are specific to your body that will help to ease tension & pain. We will create an at-home self-care routine that will include a combination of myofascial self-release techniques, awareness practices, strengthening exercises, & meditation.
