This episode marks the final episode of Season 2 of Radical Embodiment the podcast. I am honored to interview an incredible woman, Stephanie Domingue, a Certified Holistic Doula, Mother Roaster & Ceremonialist.
This is a valuable conversation and Stephanie shares from such a loving, warm, understanding, but clear place of what moms-to-be and new moms really need in regards to food, rest, and care. Stephanie goes in depth on the 3 phases of a woman’s life, how to integrate all 3 stages, and how that supports us to be more embodied and fulfilled in our life experience. She shares the importance for new moms to receive nourishment and rest.
Stephanie is a Colorado native and mother of three who is deeply passionate about supporting women through their pregnancy and birth experiences. She strives to create a safe and supportive space for birthing persons, honor their intuition, and guide them through the threshold of transition. Her own experiences with birth and loss have led her to a desire to help cultivate a nourishing pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience for all, including those who have experienced loss.
