This is one of my favorite restorative poses to help create more space between your rib cage & pelvis. This is a common area for tension build-up which can contribute to low back pain. You will need a foam roller & a thick, comfy blanket.
Be in this pose for 3-5 minutes. Bring your attention to your breath, allowing your breath to open up the side of your rib cage.
