Creating and maintain lasting change takes time, patience, and dedication. Most of us in today’s world are disconnected from our bodies. We relate more to the external world around us, than to our own inner body experience.
These practices will allow you a chance each day to connect with your body. The more you do these practices, the more a difference sense of being present in your day-to-day life will begin to emerge.
The more awareness you have of your own body, the greater opportunity for new patterns and change to begin to take hold and replace habitual ways of moving and being.
There will be a total of 10 different practices. Each 10-20 minutes long. Each practice correlates with a specific session of the 10-Series. For example, after receiving Session 1 of the 10-Series, you will receive the first practice. The goal will be to do this practice every morning for a week or so until you receive the next session.
