This is a great stretch if you are having low back pain, excess tension or pulling through the outside of your thigh & hip. If you sit a lot throughout your day, I recommend doing this stretch for a quick mid-day break. Not only will you release excess back tension from sitting, but you will also be in a slight inversion pose. A great benefit of inversions is that they help increase energy!
