Join us for this week’s Embodied Musings as we delve deeper into the concept of palintonicity, focusing on creating balance and spaciousness between the front and back of your body. In last week’s session, we explored the idea of two-directional length through the spine, and now we’re expanding upon that foundation. As you follow along, pay attention to your breath, allowing it to flow through both the front and back of your rib cage and torso. Bring awareness to the entirety of your head, including both the front and back. And don’t forget your pelvis – shift your focus from just the front to include the sacrum and tailbone. By incorporating these cues, you’ll cultivate a deeper understanding of the front-to-back relationship in your body, ultimately enhancing your sense of balance and alignment.
