We are not taught how to be in our true natural alignment, our true posture. From a young age, we are taught ‘good’ posture: shoulders back, chest up, stomach in. This way of standing uses an enormous amount of energy. To stand and sit in this way, we must recruit are large muscle groups. This takes a lot of energy for our body to maintain and results in a lot of pain and strain. Watch the video for a simple practice to help you begin finding your own true posture.
