Here's a brief outline of what to expect during the 12 weeks:
Week 1: Hating My Body was My Greatest Gift
You will learn how to begin to discern how it is you really feel as well as noticing how much of your attention and actions are based on external events and how much is from you being connected to yourself.
Week 2: Identify Your Limitations
What story are you telling yourself? This week you will increase your awareness around your most frequent limiting beliefs and locating their origin.
Week 3: Fat is Not a Feeling
This week, we will work with the limiting belief 'I am too fat' and specific affirmations that you will create and how to weave them into your daily life. We will be spending a lot of time working with your breath and giving permission and space to experience your full capacity of breath.
Week 4: Find Your Enoughness
You will be introduced to a pivotal practice that will truly support you in connecting to your body and discovering your enoughness from the inside.
Week 5: Move from Within
This week we will look at your motivation for movement and exercise and shifting your overall focus and intention towards movement to support you in feeling good in your body. You will learn how to connect to your body first to see how it wants to move.
Week 6: Access Your Authentic & Vulnerable Strength
You will learn how to connect to your own authentic feminine power and discover what it can feel like to be open, soft, and vulnerable while simultaneously being anchored into your inherent strength and power.
Week 7: Tap into Desire
This week we will be working with giving yourself permission to experience pleasure in everything you do: eating, moving, bathing, etc. You will be shown how to use your desire to increase your life force and clarity.
Week 8: Embodied Sensuality
This week expands on the week previous. We will play with how potent it can feel to experience your pleasure and sensuality, and keep it contained, bringing all of that feel good energy back to and through you.
Week 9: Let Yourself Be Fully Seen
So many women feel like they are too much, or a part of their body is too much, or their needs are too much. This week we will be reveling in our 'too much-ness' and allowing our lights to shine bright.
Week 10: You Get to Create Your Story
We will be working with the limiting beliefs you identified in week 2 and shifting them so that you are in the creator seat for your internal dialogue and your life.
Week 11: Bumps Along the Way
This week we will discuss the non-linear healing journey and how through the lens of gentleness, you can support yourself best.
Week 12: My Body the Gift
This will be our closure week. You will get to, from what you have learned thus far, create your own practice, one that feels good and aligned for you. You will learn about energetic hygiene and how to be the Sovereign of your experience and your energy.
