Sharing a few suggestions to help enhance your squat & allow for more glute activation. Be sure to move slowly.
1. Corkscrew through your feet. Keeping feet grounded, outwardly rotate your feet out.
2. Keep your weight in your heels as you move down & up, in & out of the squat.
3. Imagine you have a coin between your butt cheeks, squeeze that coin so that it doesn’t fall out.
4. As you push up through your heels, have a slight posterior tuck in your pelvis. Meaning you will have some core engagement, you can also think of bringing your pubic bone up towards your breastbone.
