Marlo Fisken is a lifetime dancer who has turned her passion for taking the stiffness out of fitness into a lifelong mission.
She is a former international pole dance champion with 23 years of teaching experience and a collection of TV, movie, music video and commercial credits.
Today, she specializes in guiding people into Flow states through mobility, floor play, and pole dance. Her skills have been featured in Elle, Shape, and Fitness Magazines along with many prominent movement and embodiment conferences.
Marlo regularly shares her playful approach to movement which she calls “movement positivity” and “constructive misbehavior” with her combined social media audience of 650 thousand followers.
